What is Ateli Studio? Ateli Studio is an AI powered fashion photography platform that transforms your product images into professional campaign quality imagery without the cost, time, or logistics of a traditional photoshoot. Think of it as your personal AI atelier, available on demand.
Who is Ateli Studio built for? Ateli is designed for fashion brands, boutiques, e-commerce stores, designers, and creative teams who need high volume, professional imagery but can’t justify the expense of traditional photography for every product or campaign. Whether you’re a solo designer launching your first collection or an established brand scaling your content output, Ateli adapts to your needs.
Do I need any design or technical experience to use Ateli? Not at all. Ateli is built around a simple, outcome focused experience. You don’t need to understand AI models, prompt engineering, or technical workflows. Just upload your product, choose your output, and let Ateli handle the rest.
What kinds of images can I create with Ateli? You can create flatlay product shots, onmodel imagery, full campaign scenes, tech pack visualisations, and animated video content all from a single product image or reference photo.

What workflows does Ateli offer?
Ateli currently offers five core workflows:
Flatlay to Product, Transform simple flatlay photography into polished, styled product shots.
Tech Pack to Product, Turn technical drawings or spec sheets into realistic product visuals.
Product to On-Model, Place your product onto a diverse range of AI fashion models with realistic fit and drape.
Product to Campaign, Generate full campaign scenes with dressed models and styled environments, from a single product image.
Image to Video, Animate your campaign imagery into short, scroll-stopping video content.
What is the Canvas workflow builder? Canvas is Ateli’s advanced workflow builder, designed for power users who want to create fully custom, reusable content pipelines. It works similarly to professional node-based tools, but is built specifically for fashion meaning every node, connection, and output is optimised for garments, styling, and campaign aesthetics. It’s powerful without being complicated.
Can I use my own models or references? Yes. You can upload reference images to guide the style, mood, lighting, and composition of your outputs. For on model workflows, Ateli also offers a curated library of diverse AI fashion models across a wide range of skin tones, body types, and aesthetics.
What video formats and lengths are supported? Ateli generates short-form video clips optimised for social media and digital campaigns. These are ideal for Instagram Reels, TikTok, product pages, and digital advertising.
Image Quality & Outputs
How good is the output quality? Ateli uses industry leading AI models to deliver professional, campaign-ready imagery. Quality varies by workflow, Standard Quality outputs are fast and great for internal review or high volume needs, while Premium Quality outputs are optimised for campaign use, hero imagery, and brand facing content.
Can I upscale or enhance my images? Yes. All outputs can be upscaled using Ateli’s integrated enhancement tools, delivering high-resolution files suitable for print, largeformat digital, and detailed e-commerce product pages.
Will my images have watermarks? Watermarks are applied to outputs on the free plan. Once you upgrade to a paid plan, all images are delivered clean and watermark free. You can also try core features with watermarked previews before committing to a subscription.
What file formats are the outputs delivered in? Outputs are delivered as high resolution JPEGs or PNGs depending on the workflow. Contact us if you have specific format requirements for your pipeline.
Pricing & Credits
How does Ateli’s pricing work? Ateli operates on a credit based system. Credits are consumed when you generate images or videos, with different workflows consuming different amounts depending on the complexity and quality level. You purchase credits as part of a subscription plan or as a top up pack.
What plans are available?
Ateli offers four tiers:
Free, A limited credit allowance to explore the platform and test core workflows with watermarked outputs.
Basic, For individuals and small brands getting started with regular content creation.
Studio, For growing brands and creative teams needing higher volume and premium outputs.
Pro, For established brands and agencies requiring maximum output, team collaboration, and advanced features.

Do unused credits roll over? Credit rollover is available on paid plans. Free plan credits reset at the end of each billing cycle without rollover.
Can I buy additional credits without upgrading my plan? Yes. Top up credit packs are available for purchase at any time, giving you flexibility when you need extra capacity for a campaign or product launch.
Is there a minimum spend? Top up credit packs start from £15, ensuring access is accessible while keeping the platform sustainable for all users.
Privacy & Your Content
Who owns the images I create with Ateli? You do. All imagery generated using your product uploads belongs to you. Ateli does not claim ownership over your outputs.
Is my uploaded content kept private? Yes. Your uploaded images and generated content are private by default and are not shared with other users. You control what, if anything, you make public through your Ateli profile.
Will my product images be used to train AI models? No. Your uploaded content is not used to train any AI models. We take the privacy and security of your brand assets seriously.
How long is my content stored? Your generated content and uploads are stored securely in your Ateli account. You can download or delete your content at any time from your dashboard.
Team & Collaboration
Can I use Ateli with my team? Yes. Studio and Pro plans support team collaboration, allowing multiple users to access shared workspaces, credit pools, and project libraries. Team seats are available on seat based pricing ideal for in house creative teams and agencies managing multiple brands.
Can agencies manage multiple brand accounts? Yes. Our Pro plan is designed to support agency workflows, including the ability to manage multiple brand profiles and projects within a single account.
Technical
What image formats can I upload? Ateli accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP files. For best results, we recommend clean, well lit product images with a simple or transparent background, particularly for on model and campaign workflows
Are there any image size or resolution requirements? We recommend uploading images at a minimum of 1000px on the longest edge for best output quality. Higher resolution inputs generally produce better results, particularly for Premium Quality outputs.
Does Ateli work on mobile? Ateli is optimised for desktop use. A mobile optimised experience is currently in development and will be available soon.
What browsers does Ateli support? Ateli works best on modern browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
Support & Feedback
How do I get help if something isn’t working? You can reach our support team via the inapp help chat or by emailing support@ateli.io. We aim to respond to all queries within one business day.
Can I request new features or workflows? Absolutely. We actively build Ateli around the needs of our users. You can submit feature requests via the feedback tool in your dashboard or by emailing us directly. Your input directly shapes the platform roadmap.
Is Ateli still in beta? Ateli is currently in an early access phase. This means you’re getting access to the platform ahead of full public launch, with the opportunity to shape its development. Some features are still being refined, and we appreciate your patience and feedback during this period.
How do I stay updated on new features? New features, workflow updates, and platform news are shared via email and through the in-app announcements panel. You can also follow us on social media for the latest updates and campaign inspiration.
